The Journal de la Chaire Eugène Pierre (JCEP) is not a scientific journal, blog or mood piece. It simply offers deliberately concise reflections and analyses to the widest possible audience on subjects that every reader, whether a specialist or not, can in turn question. The authors are as varied as experts, practitioners, lecturers and students, but they all have in common that they express themselves on subjects of interest to the Eugène Pierre Chair - Studies in the law of parliamentary and local assemblies and election law. We therefore invite authors of all kinds to express their views on parliamentarianism, elections, democracy and the litigation they entail!
