Welcome

Created in 2020 on the initiative of Professor Richard Ghevontian, the Eugène Pierre Chair - Studies in the Law of Parliamentary and Local Assemblies and Election Law is part of an initiative to promote democratic deliberative processes.
Through its members, its projects and the training courses it supports, it sheds new light on the issues and questions facing democratic systems.
